Keeping our pupils safe
The Grammar School at Leeds is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people in our care and expects all staff, volunteers and visitors to share this commitment.
We take the wellbeing of our students very seriously. All children have the right to be protected from harm. We pride ourselves on listening to our students and operate a zero-tolerance policy to any type of bullying or discrimination. Our priority is the welfare of our pupils throughout their school lives and we have rigorous arrangements in place to keep them safe whilst in our care.
If you have a concern about any of our pupils, please contact the main reception on 0113 229 1552 and ask for a member of the safeguarding team. Alternatively, you can email Mrs Helen Stansfield, the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputy Head, Pastoral.
