Take a look at our leadership team

The Executive Leadership Team comprises the principal, the vice principal and head of senior school, the vice principal and head of primary school and the director of finance and operations.

These, together with the senior academic and pastoral deputy heads, the deputy heads for pastoral, co-curricular, data and systems, the primary deputy heads, the head of human resources, the director of whole school sport and the director of external relations make up the wider Senior Leadership Team. Not only do they administer every area of the school’s operation, but they also bring a great deal of expertise and experience to the running of GSAL.

They care very deeply about the school’s progress, its development and the day-to-day experience of our pupils. They meet regularly and have an oversight into the development of children aged three through to 18.

They also draw upon the skill and expertise provided by the Governing Body and by the highly qualified teaching and managerial staff.
