GSAL Futures Conference 2022: Dare to do something different

The Grammar School at Leeds is delighted to host the GSAL Futures Conference on Friday 25 March 2022.

The conference involves over 50 alumni who work in a wide range of professions and sectors. The sessions will include inspiring, informative and engaging talks, panel discussions and workshops.

Keynote talks

The opening keynote talk will be delivered by Anna Stephenson (OG82), co-founder of Inflection Point Intelligence, a global financial services education company. The closing keynote talk will be delivered by Minhaz Abedin (GSAL16), CEO of Future Talent, a royal charity that supports gifted young musicians from low-income backgrounds.

Our aim is to inspire and inform the students about opportunities, sectors and pathways that are both familiar to them or yet to be discovered. Students will be able to choose which sessions they want to attend.

Sessions
Students can choose four sessions they want to attend.  The panel discussions represent a specific sector or profession and the skills workshops are useful to all students.

The conference is open to GSAL students in Year 10 and Year 12 and students in our partner schools.
