During their time in sixth form, 52 year 13 students at The Grammar School at Leeds have been awarded full colours, the highest accolade for achievement and service and synonymous with the distinctive and highly-coveted purple striped blazer.
Full colours are awarded to students in recognition of outstanding achievement, commitment, use of initiative and setting an excellent example to younger pupils. This year’s cohort have been awarded for sport, debating, music, drama, arts and events and service to school, EDI, CCF and Explorer Scouts, with six students receiving full colours in more than one activity.
We congratulate them all on their achievements and thank them for their service and commitment to the school.
