Developing adventurous learners
We regularly take our pupils outside to learn: whether to investigate the properties of liquid in the water play area or understand a plant’s life-cycle in the garden.
Our new playgrounds provide age appropriate challenges where children develop their physical skills.
Co-curricular activities and clubs
GSAL provides an enriching range of co-curricular activities. Children have fun, find friends with shared interests, and grow in confidence in a well-supervised and secure environment.
Our outstanding facilities support a varied programme of sport, music and drama clubs. We also cater for a wide range of other interests. For example, past co-curricular options have included gymnastics, hockey, dance, computer coding and cookery.
School trips and residentials
Our pupils go on a number of trips; some outings are aimed at enhancing the curriculum while others, such as the annual ski trip, are about deepening friendships and having fun.
