Tuesday 5 December 2017 Are you part of a ‘school’ family? Perhaps you are one of three, or even four, generations to attend Leeds Grammar School, Leeds Girls’ High School or The Grammar School at Leeds. Or perhaps you are one of the many married, or engaged, couples who met while here at school. Or maybe you and several siblings were at school together. If so, we would love to hear from you. As part of our celebrations to mark the 10th birthday of GSAL in 2018 and the rich heritage of the three schools, we want to hear your stories and see photographs of life at school – and beyond. Here’s one for the Dyson family album as they get together for a school photo spanning three generations. John (OL61) and his brother Robert (OL64) met up for the camera at school with Robert’s sons Andrew (OL91) and Nick (OL92) and his daughter Alex Serr (OG96). Also there were Andrew’s sons Thomas who is currently in Y9 and Freddie in Y5, along with Nick’s twin sons Adam and Samuel who are in Y4. The Dyson family are proud of their strong ties with LGS, LGHS and GSAL and share fond memories of their schooldays.
