Focusing on key areas such as, questioning, feedback and collaborative learning, it will consider how a ‘little-by-little’ approach can help teachers to evolve their practice in small, purposeful steps. What you will get out of it: Delegates will receive a range of evidence informed ideas that they can take back and implement in their own settings. Profile of facilitator: With over 20 years teaching experience in state, independent and international schools, I am currently a Year 4 teacher at The Grammar School at Leeds. I have a leadership role in pedagogy that involves looking and reflecting on what works for pupils in the classroom and sharing this information with colleagues. Recently I have completed an MA in Education at Leeds Trinity University.
