An exploration of perfectionism, including what it is, how it works and how to recognise it. The session will include discussion and practical strategies to take away and practise, for teachers and students, that help reduce perfectionist anxiety – and ironically lead to better work and life!

Practical classroom and workload strategies to recognise and begin to address perfectionism that can hamper performance.
Profile of facilitator:
Charlotte Woolley is Learning Director at Skipton Girls’ High School in North Yorkshire and has previously worked as SLE and AHT. Her book, The Lost Girls, called for a feminist revolution in education with practical strategies to change the way we do things in the classroom and at whole school level. She regularly delivers CPD online and in person and writes for a range of publications.
