She left LGHS in 1994 and studied Natural Sciences at Kings College Cambridge following which she qualified as a Chartered Accountant holding senior roles in industry including at Northern Foods. Ramone Param Ramone is a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC Member FINRA / SIPC and has over 15 years of experience in M&A advisory, business development and knowledge management for businesses transforming the digital and consulting sectors. Ramone has experience of working with notable clients in the data analytics, cloud computing, systems integration, marketing & communications and management consulting industries. LI profile Paul Anderson Paul Anderson left GSAL in 1991 with A-levels in mathematics, further mathematics, chemistry and biology and graduated from Warwick University with a BSc in mathematics in 1995. He joined the graduate training programme of Morgan Grenfell & Co, initially working as a quantitative analyst in the Risk department. Following acquisition by Deutsche Bank he subsequently joined the Markets division and has traded hybrid and exotic derivatives in Commodities (including weather), Foreign Exchange and Credit in London, New York and Singapore. More recently he has overseen risk and capital management in the Corporate Bank, been the General Manager of the bank’s nearshore centre in Birmingham and been global chief operating officer for Sales. Currently he is Global Head of Listed Derivatives and Clearing, based in London, a position he has held since 2019. Mark Gross Mark is Head of Development Capital at Downing LLP, and has been awarded HealthInvestor Power50 2021 and HealthInvestor Private Equity Investor of the Year 2020. His specialities include private equity origination, structuring, execution & investment management, MBO’s and growth and development investment. Mark’s experience also includes leverage finance and financial restructurings. He has broad sector experience covering healthcare, education, hospitality & leisure, retail, business services, speciality engineering & property.
