Lucy Flower is an Assistant Principal leading on Attendance and Pupil Premium at a through school in Leeds. Lucy has worked in schools serving communities of high disadvantage throughout her career. Lucy is also an advocate for WomenEd and The MTPT Project, and writes for various educational publications.
